SHIPPING
We aim to get your order out the door within 2 business days.

Our free UK express delivery usually takes 2–3 working days after dispatch. 

We offer next day UK delivery for orders placed before 3PM via DPD — £5 GBP. 

Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link from us to your doorstep. You can also follow it anytime through 'Orders' on our site.

We currently only ship across the UK. If you’re outside of the UK, hang tight — we’re working on it.

RETURNS
If it’s not quite right, we’ve got you.

You have 14 days from the day it’s delivered to return your item. All we ask is that it’s unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached — the same way it arrived.

Please let us know if you'd like an exchange or a refund.

To start a return, please email us at info@alteredstudios.co.uk with your order number.

Return costs are to be covered by the customer unless something’s gone wrong on our end (damaged or incorrect item etc.). Exchanges will be covered by us.

Altered Studios reserves the right to reject returns beyond the return period limit or items which are not in the original condition in which they were received. If this is the case, the package will be simply returned back to the customer and any shipping costs involved will not be covered by Altered Studios.
