What's your returns policy?
Changed your mind? No stress. We offer easy 14-day returns on all orders.
Wrong size? Exchanges are free on UK orders, and we cover the postage both ways. International exchanges are welcome too, but shipping costs are on you.
Items just need to be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with tags attached.
To start a return or exchange, email info@alteredstudios.co.uk with your order number and the size you'd like, and we'll take it from there.
How do I find my size?
Each product page includes model sizing, fit notes and a size guide visual. If you’re still unsure, drop us a message, we’re happy to help.
How should I care for my items?
Wash inside out at 30°C max, with similar colours.
Iron inside out on low heat, never directly over prints.
Do not tumble dry or bleach.
